I hear capacity, credibility and capability argument about zoning the presidency. My take is that all geo-political regional entities in this country have people who demonstrate these qualities.
The zoning discussions need to be expanded to give every regional entity in the country the opportunity to present a strong candidate when it is their turn to present a candidate. The broad North and South zoning arrangement will always create imbalance.
