After 25 years, Coventry City are back in the #PremierLeague.

9,113 days after they were relegated (by a 3-2 defeat at Aston Villa on 5 May 2001), Frank Lampard's Sky Blues have confirmed their spot in the top flight with three games to spare, after a 1-1 result against Blackburn Rovers.

Ryoya Morishita scored for Rovers (54'). But Bobby Thomas equalized the game (84') and wrote his name in #football history.

"I am proud, and I'm proud of myself and the staff." said Lampard.
