Electric mobility can expand even when the national grid is weak because:

Many EV companies use off‑grid solar

Charging stations can run on mini‑grids

Two‑ and three‑wheelers require very little power

Private companies are solving their own power needs

This means EV adoption can grow without the government fixing the grid great benefit
