Benin, Togo, Niger Owe Nigeria $9.55m for Electricity — NERC Report

Nigerian Electricity Regulatory Commission says Benin, Togo and Niger paid only $10.89m out of a $20.44m electricity bill for Q4 2025, leaving an outstanding debt of $9.55m and a remittance rate of 53.28%.
