The real issue security must come first
Every credible analysis of northern development says the same thing not just me and other Nigerians

Without safety, farmers can’t plant

Without safety, markets can’t function

Without safety, investors won’t come

Without safety, infrastructure can’t be built

So when someone says agriculture could surpass oil, they’re talking about a long‑term vision, not the current reality.

Right now, insecurity is the biggest barrier.
