Which country is better it depends on what you mean:

Economy: Nigeria is much larger and more diverse.

Stability Djibouti is smaller and more politically stable.

Poverty both face poverty, but Nigeria has more potential for growth because of its size and resources plus Nigerians have talents and we are hardworking

Infrastructure Nigeria has more infrastructure overall, but also more challenges due to scale.

There is no simple better because each country has strengths and weaknesses.
