Borno Gov Zullum confirmed the Jilli weekly market has been officially shutdown for the past 5 years because it's a terrorists stronghold and the market serves as their logistics support.
So what were the "over 200 civilians killed" doing in the same Jilli market?
Since the insurgents don't wear uniforms, and in fact only carry arms when going on operations, how could the military have identified civilians in their stronghold?
