Oyo State has agricultural support programs, such as:

Youth in Agribusiness initiatives

Farm settlements

Support for cassava, maize, and poultry farmers

These are support programs, not free cash or free land for everyone.

Free healthcare
Oyo State runs:

Health insurance scheme (OYSHIA)

Primary healthcare upgrades

But healthcare is not completely free. Some services are subsidized.
