Oyo State has reduced fees in public schools and removed some levies, but not fully free education at all levels.


There is no free housing program for the general public.
Housing projects exist, but they are paid or subsidized, not free.

Investing in farming
Oyo State has agricultural support programs, such as:

Youth in Agribusiness initiatives

Farm settlements

Support for cassava, maize, and poultry farmers

These are support programs, not free cash or free land
