Free light / free WiFi / free data
There is no statewide free electricity or free data/WiFi program in Oyo State.
Some local areas or private institutions may offer free WiFi, but not as a government policy.


Road construction and rehabilitation happen periodically, but not all roads are fixed.
Different administrations work on different zones.


Oyo State has reduced fees in public schools and removed some levies, but not fully free education at all levels.
