Part 3

Chelsea's wage bill is up from £294.6m to £312.8m.

Intangible assets have increased to £1.05bn from £1.04bn. This is due to £305.5m of player acquisitions including Liam Delap, Mike Penders, Dário Essugo and Mamadou Sarr. This was offset by total amortisation impairment losses of £230.3m and the disposal of player registrations with a combined net book value of £67.9m.

CFC Holdings made a net profit on player trading of £57.9m but that was down from £152.5m in 2024.
