When Nigerians feel shut out of opportunities, the mind jumps to big, emotional ideas like:

Just hire everyone

Make it equal for all

Give every Nigerian a chance


Honest conclusion
CBN cannot hire all Nigerians — but Nigerians deserve:

Fair access

Transparent recruitment

Equal opportunity

And it’s completely normal to feel frustrated when those things seem missing. l rest my case Nigerian government do the needful Nigerians are not asking for jobs
