What would actually help Nigerians
Instead of hiring all Nigerians, what would make a real difference is:

Transparent recruitment
Public adverts, clear criteria, open application portals.

Merit‑based selection
Nigerians chosen for skills, not connections.

Wider opportunities
More internships, graduate trainee programs, and entry‑level roles.

Stronger private sector
Most jobs in any country globally come from private companies, not the central bank.
