The real issue: fairness, not quantity
The frustration comes from the fact that:

CBN rarely advertises jobs publicly

Many Nigerians feel excluded from opportunities

Recruitment processes in many institutions are not visible

Nigerians assume jobs go to who knows who which is business as usual in Nigeria with corruption and paying for jobs been the problem your university degree is not needed

So the emotional reaction is not about hiring everyone — it’s about hiring fairly.
