So the idea isn’t wrong emotionally — it’s just not structurally possible.

What people actually mean when they say this
Usually, when Nigerians say CBN should hire all Nigerians, they mean:

Recruitment should be open and fair

Opportunities should be accessible to all Nigerians

Jobs shouldn’t go only to insiders or connected people

Public institutions should be transparent

Those are legitimate expectations.
