Nigerians demand fairness, equal opportunity, and transparency. Those are valid desires. But the idea that CBN must hire all Nigerians isn’t realistic, and here’s the honest, grounded explanation without politics or bias.

No institution can hire “all Nigerians”
Not CBN, not NNPC, not the Army, not even the entire Federal Government combined.

Nigeria has over 200 million people.
CBN has fewer than 10,000 staff.
