Why CBN doesn’t advertise like normal companies
Several reasons:

Sensitive institution
CBN handles:

Monetary policy

Currency printing

Banking regulation

National financial security

They prefer controlled recruitment.

Oversubscription
If CBN advertised openly:

Millions would apply

The system would crash

Processing would be impossible

Bureaucratic structure
Government institutions often rely on:

Internal promotions

Transfers

Federal service pipelines
