Yes. Multiple 2025 reports confirm that Russia has offered full military support, including weapons, intelligence sharing, training, and technical assistance. Russian envoy Lt. Gen. Andrei Averianov met with Nigeria’s defence chief and pledged comprehensive counter‑terrorism cooperation.

Russia also expressed readiness to provide spare parts and maintenance for Nigeria’s Russian‑made military equipment, many of which had become unusable.
