Ekiti state is not a boko haram–affected state.
boko haram activity is concentrated in the north-east Borno, Yobe, Adamawa
Ekiti, in the South-West, is generally considered one of the safer states, though it faces issues like kidnapping and robbery, similar to other parts of Nigeria.

Free Light (Electricity)
Ekiti does not provide free electricity.
Power supply comes from the national grid, and residents pay PHCN/IBEDC bills like other states. Respectfully can this be free
