From the archiavE! in 1971, Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, then Pakistan's Foreign Minister, dramatically tearing papers and walking out of the UN Security Council after accusing it of legalizing aggression during the Indo-Pakistani War over East Pakistan (Bangladesh).

What has changed since then? Pakistan still proudly has its nuclear deterrent, built through sheer will despite all the pressure.
