Do you think the repentant terrorists (turned soldiers) would be deployed to the North to fight their terrorist ‘brothers’? Or they will be sent to Southeast where - for historical/religious reasons - their morale (to kill) would be sky high? Let’s talk about it.

Repentant terrorists are not repentant; that's just another tactic to deploy them to society so they can carryout their crimes under a legal covering and without fear.
