Henry Emeka: I beg to differ respectfully. All I see are photo ops and big grammar. There are decades of videos online showing Nigerian police corruption. Until the root cause is fixed from the top, nothing changes. Nigerians want the killings to stop and boko haram gone. These arrests feel like PR; trust is low...
