Nigerian civil servants and politicians at every level has woefully failed in terms of accountability. They take position as responsibility to steal public funds No accountability every level.. They see every appointment given to them as a settlement for natonal cake. Those who appointed them dont hold them to accounts at all. They become real boss to themselves. Everybody does whatever he/she likes. Nigeria has entered one chance. Real legislation for accountability is needed by our lawmakers.
