I didn't change I just stopped letting people disrespect me for free I stopped being nice to people who weren't nice to me I keep it simple now you respect me I respect you you ignore me I go cold you disrespect me you lose access to me life isn't about begging people to treat you right it's about protecting your peace and walking away from anything that drains it.
