Henry Emeka: respectfully government institutions must be accountable. Nigerians face insecurity, poverty and hardship while asking for basic rights like safety, jobs, power, education and good roads. Nigerians deserve protection, not violence. Public office is a duty to serve Nigerians, not the other way around...
