Tinubu was in Lagos for the inauguration of Gov Sanwo's projects but delegated SP Akpabio to represent him for the two days, Wednesday and Thursday.
Suddenly he appeared in Bayelsa on Friday to inaugurate Gov Diri's projects.
Again I ask, What's going on?
