Some states receive federal allocations that could fund free Wi‑Fi in schools, markets, and parks — but the money disappears into:

inflated contracts

abandoned projects

political pockets

Lack of technical partnerships
States like Lagos, Anambra, Edo, and Ekiti have free Wi‑Fi because they partnered with:

private tech companies

ISPs

federal digital agencies

Other states haven’t built these partnerships. Kudos to the governors
