Edo State — 24‑hour free Wi‑Fi in MDAs + recreation spots in Benin City

These are the only states with confirmed, government‑run, free Wi‑Fi initiatives.

No evidence shows free Wi‑Fi in all 36 states or all 774 LGAs. Why is that just curious Nigerians are paying light bills wifi/data for decades all the 36 states must have free power, free wifi/data please do the needful we should not be paying for electricity for decades and still no light in 2026
