Henry Emeka: Many Nigerians feel cybercrime is a symptom of deeper issues. People want corruption addressed, stronger security, and investment in jobs, education, housing, electricity, internet access, and agriculture. When basic needs are met and opportunities exist, crime is less likely to grow.
