All four clubs are keen on buying him, who would cost close to £100m when add-ons are factored in.

Chelsea want a left-winger, primarily, with Jamie Gittens having so far been a disappointment and were – along with Arsenal – among the clubs who registered an interest in Morgan Rogers last summer.
