KAI Assault: Court Jails Man 2 Months in Lagos
A Lagos Magistrate Court sitting in Bolade, Oshodi, on Thursday sentenced one Olamilekan Subakin to two months’ imprisonment for assaulting a personnel of the Lagos State Environmental Sanitation Corps (KAI).
Subakin, who was arraigned earlier in the day, pleaded guilty to the charge and was subsequently convicted by the court.
This was disclosed by the Commissioner for Environment & Water Resources, Tokunbo Wahab, via his official handle.
