The concentration of wealth in Nigeria is extremely high, with a small elite controlling the vast majority of the nation's assets. Reports suggest that as few as 10% of Nigerians control 90% of the country's wealth. Recent OXFAM data said the top 10% controls an overwhelming 90% of Nigeria's resources and that just three of the richest men in Nigeria are wealthier than 83m Nigerians

Adekunle Ojo: While it is incontrovertible that many Nigerians are poor,it is not true that nearly half of Nigerian population is living below the poverty line.

It is high time Nigerians begin to reject all these Bretton Woods/ West infiltrated data about Nigeria and other developing countries.
