Does Delta state offer free housing? No.
There is no statewide free housing program for the general population. Government housing exists, but it is not free.

Does Delta State offer free education? partially.

Primary and junior secondary education is officially free in line with Nigeria’s UBE policy.

Senior secondary and tertiary education are not free, though the state sometimes offers bursaries or scholarships.
