Can Nigeria make education free in all 36 states and 774 LGAs, with free light, free Wi‑Fi/data, stipends, and job-ready graduates?

Yes, in principle. The money and technology exist.

No, not under business as usual. Corruption, low education priority, and weak accountability will block it.

But it can be moved, step by step:

Free and truly funded basic/secondary education.

Solar + Wi‑Fi for all schools and campuses.

Stipends for the poorest and work–study programms
