What can actually push this to happen?
This is the hard truth none of this happens just because it’s a good idea.

It happens when:

Students organize, not just complain individually

Strong, issue-focused student movements.

Peaceful protests, policy campaigns, data-driven demands.

Parents and communities join the fight

PTAs, religious bodies, traditional rulers, alumni—pushing for:

Higher education budgets.

Transparent spending.

Solar + Wi‑Fi projects in their communities.
