When Nigerians and media can see where money is going, it’s easier to expose diversions.
Campaign finance and asset declaration:
Enforce strict limits and full disclosure of campaign donations; publish asset declarations of top officials. This is how its done in Rwanda, Botsuwana, Ghana
If elections are funded by dirty money, corruption is simply repayment after victory.
Plug cash leakages
Go fully cashless for government payments and collections expand TSA-style systems at all levels.
