A profound threat to global peace will arise when two or more leaders with unstable mental conditions assume leadership roles in nuclear-capable superpower nations. Can global stability withstand another worldwide war? Some nations already headed by bullies and others with profound hatred of other nations are putting the world at risk with terrorism and counter actions.
