Respectfully, the government should ensure every Nigerian in all 36 states and 774 LGAs is eligible. Why are Nigerians paying light bills and data when power has failed for decades? When will Nigerians receive the alert, and how much? Free electricity and data should be guaranteed. Nigeria is rich in oil and gas
