Someone I sent this video to said it's an AI generated with hyper realistic prompt, however I can't shake off the feeling that this video has nothing to do with AI.

While the government will share some blames for a failed system, whether it's an orphanage home or some gatherings, I think the people in charge have failed and should be arrested without delay. For crying out loud what in the name of sharing food would make you queue up infants under rain? Why?
