Then the owners or developers built illegally.

Why didn’t previous ministers demolish these houses?
Because:

Some ministers avoided confrontation

Some were involved in the same corrupt networks

Some lacked political will

Some demolitions were politically sensitive

Wike is simply enforcing the master plan more aggressively than his predecessors. l beg to differ his corrupt as well respectfully
