Who will put a leash on this rabid dog? How can one man be allowed to run amok like this? Russia and China have been a profound disappointment to humanity. The United Nations is a complete joke; a toothless, disunited body that has since lost all credibility. Shame on this organization composed of fractured members more interested in posturing than in delivering real solutions. Shame!!!
