6. The young man was Nigerian, he was 21 years old but when the news first broke on the internet many believed he was just 15 years old and this made the case worse. By the time the case got to court his real age was established, investigators later said that the young man had been approached in Nigeria with the promise of money and help finding a job in the UK. After months of investigation, arrest were made.
