If you want people under you to show loyalty, you must treat them like royalty. Show particular interest in their welfare. Focus on connecting with them, rather than correcting them. Develop a genuine interest in their well-being. If they are accused or reported by outsiders, publicly defend them, then privately reprimand them. You don't dominate people by being a macho man ♥️
