Arondizuogu where I came from are known for their strong cultural tradition of Ikeji festival.
The Ikeji Festival is a renowned annual four-day cultural celebration held by the Igbo people of Arondizuogu in Imo State, Nigeria, typically between March and April. It marks the new yam harvest, featuring vibrant masquerade parades, traditional music, and dancing, serving as a significant homecoming for the community.
Today it was marked as a sequel to the main one from April 7th.
