When will Nigerians truly enjoy democracy’s dividends?

It’s disheartening to see those who once fought for justice now mirror the chaos they opposed. The line between right and wrong has faded, and accountability seems forgotten.

Meanwhile, the “mekunus,” the struggling masses, are ignored, with no real voice or defence. The same wrongs once condemned are repeated without shame.

In the end, one must ask: Is it true "Surulere?" Or just a painful, familiar cycle?
