The beginning of where books go wrong for many businesses is registering their business with an amount of capital different from what they actually started with. This will cause balance sheet not to balance.
For example, many business usually register that they started business with 5 million while having capital with over 50 million with no loan inflow.
This usually causes trouble with bookkeeping.
