Only in Nigeria—when you want to rent a house, you’re faced with all sorts of charges:

Rent – ₦2.5 million per year

Refundable caution fee – 20%

Legal fee – 10%

Agency fee – 20%

Service charge – 5%

Security levy… and so on

Was his caused by the President? Sometimes, I honestly wonder why we do this. Every body wan bite something by all means!!

I pray that Nigerians will be redeemed, because Nigeria cannot change if Nigerians do not change.
