Article 9:4 of the ADC Constitution is very clear. These same old men bypassed this provision, which explicitly makes it mandatory for any member to have been in the Party for at least two years before becoming eligible to hold any Party position at the national level. Despite this, they went ahead and imposed David Mark and Aregbesola as National Chairman and National Secretary respectively. This is where the problem started. Yet, all they see is Tinubu allegedly in cahoots with INEC.
