The mother hen bore the heat of the fire to protect the chicks, so she preserved their lives and gave up her own. Such did Jesus give up his life to you and I life eternal. It's Good Friday, the day we commemorate Jesus' death while he was protecting us from the scourge of the devil. The best PO art is that Jesus eventually took the devil hostage forever.
