A man allegedly caught an agent and his wife in a hotel room at Cecilia Guest House, near Ignatius Ajuru University of Education.
According to reports, the agent promised to secure a 2-bedroom flat with POP for ₦400k instead of ₦1.2 million. The woman, Mrs. Adaeze Wanodi (a mother of two), reportedly said she agreed to the arrangement to help her husband reduce house rent cost.
